  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified in such cases.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.


5. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Remote location delivery constraints

Boxer is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order.


6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or resolution at the earliest.
